I tried activating my account but it's not proceeding

1. Visit the link - Resend Token
2. Type in the email/phone number you used to create your profile 3) in the ""Username"" field
3. Click on ""Submit""
4. Check your mailbox/SMS for a message from LSETF with your new token
5. Visit the link in the email and create your password or input your Username and password sent to your SMS box to access the platform"

I can not create a new password, the portal displays "Invalid Token"

I correctly input my "business needs" but the page won't progress

Applicants are required to provide details on their "business needs" and click the "Add" button before moving on to complete and submit their loan application.

Where/how do I apply?

I fill information but the form keeps requesting for the information

How do I get the guarantors form?

Please visit the link below to download the : Guarantor's Form Or click the ""download guarantor's form here"" link at the point of loan application. Also, you can download the Guarantor's form at the begining of the application (when you select the loan type) and at the end (Step 6/6) of the loan application"

Do guarantors presented have to reside in Lagos?

Yes, the guarantors have to reside in Lagos, and they must have a valid LASRRA ID or a Permanent Voters Card

Will one guarantor suffice?

We require one (1) guarantor for the ME existing busines and one (1) guarantor for the ME startup category; however, we require two (2) guarantors for the SME category

Can I use my parents and siblings as guarantors?

We do not allow direct relatives to stand as guarantors for LSETF applicants

Who can not be my guarantor?

Does my guarantor have to possess LASSRA ID?

Your guarantor must have either a LASRRA ID or a Permanent Voters Card

My LASSRA registration is pending

A LASRRA agent will verify your ID and we will notify LSETF of the validity of your LASSRA ID/registration. This may impact your loan decision

I have a LASSRA ID but the card is not ready, should I progress with the registration?

Yes you can progress with your application, ensure you have your valid LASRRA ID number inputed into the loan application

What is the interest rate on the loan?

The interest is 5% per annum

I applied at a local government liaison office but I'm yet to get any response

Can I use my company TIN number from FIRS?

You have to register at LIRS for a Lagos State TIN

I don't have a tax card to attach, what do I use?

Your valid Tax Identification Number will suffice

How many years of tax payment is needed to be considered valid?

You do not need to present evidence of tax remittance just your Tax Identification Number. You can get your Tax Identification Number by registering at any LIRS branch near you.

How is a start-up supposed to submit evidence of LIRS tax remittance?

I don't have an LIRS number, how do I progress with my loan application?

You can not progress with your application, please register for your Tax Identification Number at any LIRS branch near you

I selected SME loan category, but I can't progress. The portal says I can only request ₦50,000 - ₦500,000

The maximum loan amount for the ME startup category is ₦500K, the maximum loan amount for ME existing category is ₦500K, and the maximum loan amount for the SME category is ₦5M

I am unable to log into the application portal to submit my application

Recover your email/password by following the instructions below:

2. Input your phone number/email in the Username field
3. Click the Submit button
4. You'll receive an SMS/email with your Username and password"

The portal says my number is already registered

I have successfully registered but the application page will not open

You can not edit your loan application after you have successfully submitted. However, to open a new application, applicants must completely repay back the full due amount on their existing approved loan

Do I write commas when writing a number

No, the portal automatically inserts commas as you type the number in the field
